On October 6, 2022, Agency for Economic Development – Kostinbrod will organize a Multiplier event at the Agricultural University in Plovdiv as part of YOUNG FARMERS (Rural Entrepreneurship Leveraging Advanced training for Young Farmers), a Project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, which brings together seven Partners from five different countries (Bulgaria, Belgium, Italy, Poland, and Spain).
The focus of this Multiplier Event is to engage stakeholders and the various parties involved: young farmers from rural areas of Europe, enterprises promoting digital farming, suppliers of digital entrepreneurship.
A very important stakeholder will be invited and engaged in this Multiplier Event as finance practitioners and facilitators, to present YOUNG FARMERS as an innovative approach towards acquisition of knowledge and skills in the field of digital farming. The Multiplier Event will also engage the policy makers (primarily at local and national levels).
The Multiplier Event serves the dual purpose of becoming a platform for exchange, policy dialogue and visibility and will represent an opportunity to engage the target groups and embed their participation, views, inputs into the implementation of YOUNG FARMERS.
AED will also engage participants to provide comments, review the deliverables and Outputs, give guidance on the overall methodological approach and to illustrate the structure and functioning of the OER Platform.
In addition, the Multiplier Event will also empower the list of Associated Partners by enticing the involvement of additional organisations to join the project as associated partners.
